The Belgian-Serbian Business Association, represented by its President Hugo van Veghel, participated together with other Presidents and Board Members of CEBAC member associations and chambers in a working lunch hosted by the Ambassador of the European Union to Serbia, Andreas von Beckerath, on January 20.
The meeting was a great opportunity to exchange insights from the European business community and to discuss areas where closer cooperation with the EU Delegation can be most impactful for European companies operating in Serbia.
This working lunch marked the first meeting of this type in 2026 and set the foundation for continued dialogue throughout the year. It was agreed that quarterly meetings will be organized between CEBAC representatives, the EU Delegation and Ambassador Andreas von Beckerath, with the aim of strengthening cooperation and addressing key topics relevant to the European business community.
