The Belgian-Serbian Business Association, Dutch-Serbian Business Association, Hellenic Business Association of Serbia and the Croatian Chamber of Economy – Representative Office in Serbia, in cooperation with and supported by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, successfully held the “Future of Work 2030: New Generations and New Rules in the Era of Digital Transformation” Conference on 30 September, bringing together more than 100 participants from the business community.

The conference brought together leading business and HR professionals to discuss the key changes shaping the future of work, with two engaging panel discussions focusing on generational change, leadership, organisational culture, employee wellbeing, future skills, AI and automation, talent development, hybrid work and organisational readiness for 2030.

We were particularly pleased to see Unifiedpost, a BSBA member, represented by Jasna Novović, HR & Talent Manager, and Dragan Grujić, Director of Operations, contributing their expertise to the discussions.

The panels also featured representatives of leading companies including EKO Hellenic, Orbico Serbia, Heineken, Alumil YU Industry, Radisson Collection Hotel Old Mill Belgrade and Levi9, creating a valuable opportunity to exchange practical experiences and perspectives on the transformation of work.

The discussions highlighted an important message: the future of work is not only about technology, but also about people, skills, leadership, culture and the ability of organisations to adapt.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia for its cooperation and support, as well as to all speakers, partners and participants who contributed to the success of the conference.

We are proud of the strong response to this second edition and of the valuable exchange of perspectives it generated. The discussions confirmed the importance of bringing business leaders and professionals together to address the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of work.
