A workshop on Practical AI in Everyday Business was held at IN Hotel in Belgrade, gathering around 80 representatives from four bilateral business associations: Belgian- Serbian Business Association (BSBA), Hellenic Business Association of Serbia (HBA), Croatian Business Club, and Slovenian Business Club.
The session offered participants a chance to explore practical AI tools and real-life use cases across various business sectors. Attendees discussed how AI can support decision-making, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency in daily operations.
Branko Primetica, Founder and Director of CEDARS International, presented a step-by-step approach for introducing AI into organizations. This included identifying specific business challenges, launching pilot projects, and gradually integrating AI solutions into core business processes to maximize impact.
The workshop concluded with an interactive discussion and networking session, where participants exchanged experiences, insights, and ideas about the evolving role of artificial intelligence in modern business. The event highlighted not only the practical benefits of AI but also the opportunities for collaboration and innovation among companies.
