On December 10, the Belgian-Serbian Business Association (BSBA) held its Annual General Assembly meeting, marking another year of growth, collaboration, and achievement. Chaired by Mirko Golijanin, a member of the Supervisory Board, the session provided an opportunity to reflect on the past year’s accomplishments and outline plans for the future.
During the meeting, members reviewed and approved several key items, including the activity report for 2024, which highlighted the successful events and initiatives undertaken throughout the year, as well as the preparations for the celebration of the BSBA’s 15th anniversary—a significant milestone for the Association. The meeting also saw the approval of the plan for 2025, ensuring that the Association’s growth and activities will continue to build momentum in the years to come. The financial report was presented and unanimously passed.
In addition to these approvals, the Assembly re-elected four Board members for another term, recognizing their valuable contributions to the Association. Congratulations to Ana B. Bovan, ESEM, Darko Križan, Carmeuse and Vladimir Brkić, SFS for their reappointment to the Board, and to Milica Vranjanac, who will continue serving as Executive Director.
The BSBA was delighted to welcome new members into its ever-expanding community.
The event concluded with a festive end-of-year cocktail reception hosted at the elegant SAINT TEN Hotel, one of the BSBA’s valued members. The evening provided a wonderful setting for members to connect, exchange ideas, and celebrate the successes of the past year in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
As we look forward to 2024, we are excited to build on the strong foundations laid this year and continue driving impactful collaborations within our vibrant community. A heartfelt thank you to all our members for their unwavering support and engagement. Together, we are shaping a prosperous future for Belgian-Serbian business relations!
