We are delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Belgian-Serbian Business Association and VIVES University of Applied Sciences, which took place on May 23, 2024.
This memorandum lays the foundation for a plethora of collaborative projects and programs in education and applied research. VIVES and BSBA will engage in an ongoing exchange of information encompassing various educational and applied research programs across all relevant faculties. This exchange extends beyond educational contacts to include engagements with enterprises, service centers, community centers, hospitals, and industries, fostering a comprehensive network of collaboration.
Both parties have committed to pursuing several forms of cooperation, including:
- Facilitating the exchange of undergraduate students for study or placement.
- Facilitating the exchange of teaching and academic staff.
- Facilitating collaborative teaching activities, joint degree programs, conferences, and symposia.
- Exploring any other mutually beneficial activities.
Following the official signing, members and friends of BSBA gathered for a casual happy hour, indulging in Belgian beer and fries. The event was graciously hosted by Her Excellency Cathy Buggenhout, the Ambassador of Belgium, at her residence, providing an evening of relaxed networking.
