Successful workshop “Rights and obligations of business entities during inspection oversight” organized jointly by
the Belgian-Serbian Business Association, Hellenic Business Association of Serbia and the Croatian Business Club
and supported by hotel Saint Ten was held on October 10 th at hotel Saint Ten.
The main objective of the workshop was to clarify and help participants understand the practical application of Law
on Inspection Oversight. The participants had an opportunity to hear answers to the most important questions
regarding initiation and course of inspection supervision process, and to learn more about the rights and duties of
all participants in inspection supervision from Milan Stefanović, consultant and expert in inspection oversight and
administrative law. After the presentation, representatives of the member-companies used the opportunity to ask
questions and resolve some practical issues and dilemmas.
