Natalija Racković, Director of the largest communication and public affairs consultancy in South Eastern Europe, V + O Communications, held a webinar on “How to communicate during and after the pandemic?” for the members of the Belgian-Serbian Business Association, Hellenic Business Association of Serbia and the Swiss–Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
The webinar covered all the phases we have gone through, both on a personal and business level, since the beginning of the pandemic, gave examples of good communication responses to the new situation, but also opened the question – how to carry on with strategic communication in the current situation, that already got its name – “new normal”.
