Workshop “Novelties brought by the Law on Agency Employment”

In cooperation with its member, the law office Tasić & Partners and with support and hospitality of the Embassy of Belgium and H. E. Koenraad Adam the Belgian-Serbian Business Association organized a workshop “Novelties brought by the Law on Agency Employment” at the Belgian Residence om February 18^th, 2020.

Ms. Vanja Stojanović Cvetanovski, junior partner and Mr. Nemanja Novokmet, attorney at law at Tasić & Partners provided an overview of the key novelties brought by the Law on Agency Employment, terms and conditions for establishment and operation of Employment Agencies, potentials and limitations of the relations between the Employment Agency and the user-employer, rights and obligations of employers and employees as well as expected effects of the new Law.

After the formal part, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions, share their dilemmas, hear some practical examples and, finally, get some guidance and recommendations from the guest speakers.
